Bizeem Traffic Terms of Service

By registering for a Bizeem Traffic account, you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Service Warranty

Bizeem Traffic does not warrant that packages and services on the website will meet your requirements, nor does it warrant an uninterrupted or error-free operation. The services and packages offered on this website are distributed on an "AS IS" basis, without any warranties of any kind, expressed or otherwise.

Age Restriction

As per Bizeem Traffic regulations, you are not to register an account if you are under 13 years of age.

Cheating and Account Termination

Any attempt of cheating will be considered stealing from Bizeem Traffic and its members. This includes, but is not limited to, using computer/mobile software to run the surfbar (viewing other members' websites). Bizeem Traffic constantly monitors all member activities and WILL terminate any cheating accounts immediately upon detection.

Disclaimer of Liability

Bizeem Traffic is not responsible for the loss of data, profits, or any problems associated with the use of Bizeem Traffic. Users agree to use the website at their own risk.

Account Cancellation

Bizeem Traffic allows users to cancel and delete their accounts at any time using the "Delete My Account" button on the Edit Profile page in the member's dashboard.

User Responsibility for Promoted Content

Bizeem Traffic is not responsible for any claims made by users' websites/banners/text ads and other advertisements put on the website by its users. Bizeem Traffic advises users to research the opportunities they are interested in before making any commitments, such as opening an account or investing money.

Email Communications

Bizeem Traffic will send emails containing newsletters, offers, notices, and notifications via the email used during registration. Users can opt out from these emails by unsubscribing from the mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe option in any email sent by Bizeem Traffic. If users unsubscribe by mistake, they can edit their profile to change their email address, after which a verification link will be sent to the new email address.

Single Account Policy

Unless prior permission is obtained from Bizeem Traffic, users may only register for one Bizeem Traffic account. This includes having more than one account per person, per IP address, per household, or per family member.

Prohibited Activities

Selling/trading of accounts, credits, banner and text impressions is strictly prohibited. If users have paid for their accounts to any third parties, they have been scammed and should report it to Bizeem Traffic as soon as possible. Users may not promote Bizeem Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming. Promoting Bizeem Traffic in a spamming manner may result in the removal of the user's Bizeem Traffic account and possible legal action.

User Responsibility for Promoted Content

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Bizeem Traffic. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL and any content it contains. Bizeem Traffic is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Rules on the submission of ads to Bizeem Traffic indicate any links that users add to the website for advertisement purposes. These rules apply to all free and paid advertising packages found throughout the website. Violating these rules may result in the deletion of the site and any credits assigned to them, as well as the possible deletion of the user's Bizeem Traffic account. Bizeem Traffic has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Design Services Policy

After you have completed your payment and made your support ticket, Bizeem Traffic must start working on your project within 24 hours of receiving all the required items which will be sent to you via a reply to your order support ticket.

Although some minor suggestions may be passed on to us via other media, all chat regarding the service will be submitted back and forth through the same support ticket you open when placing the order. To do this, simply reply to the latest email you get from us.

It's your responsibility to make sure that you can receive our emails. Please add us to your contact list so you can be sure our communication with you won't end up in your spam/deleted folders. If you are running out of inbox space, you should contact us using your new email address.

Bizeem Traffic will deliver your order ASAP. This is key in ensuring our members have a satisfying experience working with us. Please refrain from sending multiple replies during the design process.

All requests regarding changes you want made to the designs delivered to you can be emailed to us through reply to our latest email (via support). Please refrain from using other channels to address your concerns/requests/... as we would like to retain a complete archive of our communications with our clients.

Refund Policy

Bizeem Traffic does not issue refunds once the services are rendered. However, there are circumstances when Bizeem Traffic will make exceptions. These include major technical errors that are not corrected within 72 hours or when the purchased product/service/package is not as described by Bizeem Traffic. Clear evidence must be provided by the customer to support the claim of a discrepancy in the purchased product/service/package.

If a subscription is canceled before its expiration, the service will expire at the end of the defined period, and the subscription fees will not be refunded.

Please allow 12 to 72 hours (excluding weekends) for our staff to respond to refund requests.

Commissions will be paid once the refund period has expired.

Users have a 30-day window to request a refund.
